The nose opens with crisp rhubarb notes, hints of white blossom, and gentle citrus aromas. On the palate, fine natural bubbles lift layers of rhubarb tartness, zesty yuzu, and a touch of floral minerality, leading to a clean, refreshing, and elegantly sparkling finish.
